Terms of Service

By using this website or purchasing from Northline, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Northline provides a done-for-you one-page marketing website design and build for a fixed fee of $129 (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Typical delivery is about 48 hours after we receive a complete brief and payment confirmation. Timing may vary with volume and revision turnaround.

Scope

• One custom marketing landing page
• Copy polish based on your brief
• One round of revisions included
• Deploy-ready files and basic handoff notes

Out of scope unless separately agreed: multi-page sites, custom web apps, complex CMS, ongoing retainers, and third-party account setup beyond simple instructions.

Acceptable use

You may only commission original marketing pages for lawful products and services. You must not request piracy, unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted media, scams, or other illegal activity. We may refuse or cancel any project that violates this rule; refunds in such cases are at our discretion after deducting work already performed.

Your content

You represent that materials you provide (copy, logos, images) are yours to use or properly licensed. You grant us a license to use them solely to deliver the project.

Deliverables & IP

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered page for your business. Until payment clears, deliverables remain our property. We may display anonymized work samples unless you request otherwise in writing.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe when enabled. Because work begins promptly after payment and briefing, refunds are limited: if we have not started and you cancel within 24 hours, you may request a full refund. After work has started, refunds are prorated or declined at our reasonable discretion.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or conversion results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
